I've had very negative experiences with Dr. Smith's office. The doctor and his staff do not return phone calls, even when I've been anxiously waiting on test results and prescriptions to be filled. I can count at least 8 times when I've called and not had my call returned. Recently the doctor "forgot" to have some blood work done and I only found out about it because I kept calling to find out about the results. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. His office does not care about patients, only about making sure you've paid your bill on time. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
