They were one of the most respectful, courteous people I've ever met. They always return my phone calls within a day. I've never had to wait very long. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have the doctor's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They go out of their way to be helpful and Dr. Ty always gives the extra effort to help with explaining why/what has happened and the therapy/excercises that will enable a faster and full recovery.
