The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any
trouble finding it at all. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable.for asking any question. Often times there is a long wait for Dr. O'neill since he comes directly from surgery. I wouldn't want my surgery cut short for an office appt! Plan for it. Take a book, apple, and bottle of water.
