Caren stays on top of the latest and greatest advancements in breast cancer, prevention and health. As a women going through the "C word" of the breasts, having Dr. Gallaher as my surgeon turned out to be the best medicine I could have ever asked for. Not only did I get an expert surgeon, I got an expert surgeon in breast cancer, expert doctor in breast health and a cheerleader in my corner.

I LOVE Dr. Caren! I was diagnosed with breast cancer the day before we moved to Knoxville. I didn't know any of the MD's here, and was nervous about my treatment. Dr. Caren put me at ease right away. She was incredibly thorough, and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. I never feel rushed with her. There can be talking, laughing, and crying all in the same visit...she really understands what you're going through. I'm a nurse, and have experienced many surgeons in my time. She is confident without being cocky, and knowledgeable without being snooty. I would HIGHLY recommend her!
