They're almost always able to answer my questions over the phone, and they always know the answer right away. I never have to worry about driving down there and wasting gas for an appointment, just to get my question answered. They really care about informing their patients, and made sure I understood all of my treatment's risks and benefits. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

There was a long wait time and little concern by the doctor and her staff. When I would see the doctor she seemed very tired and spent very little time with me. The waiting room is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. At the time I didn't understand that I can choose my surgeon but much later on a visit with my family doctor I expressed my dislike and she got me to a new surgeon. I only had one surgery by Dr. Copeland but she seemed unconfident and unconcerned with my procedure.
