If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. The staff never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question, although they were surprised by my questions. The doctor down played treatment's risks and oversold the benefits. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
