Mosier for a few years and so glad I found him. He is the best, makes a person feel like they are the only one I just had eye surgery on the 3rd of August and I am doing very well ( He said ) . and I feel very good also no pain . Go if you need a Ophthalmologist you will have the BEST BJ

Dr. William D. Mosier is the finest opthamologist by whom I have received treatment.
I am a glaucoma "suspect." My mother experienced acute glaucoma for approximately 40 years. Dr. Mosier schedules regular tests and examinations (every 6 months) for me since my eye pressure needs medication to keep it in a safe range.
My husband is a minister, so we have moved several times; therefore, I have basis for comparison of very highly rated opthamologists in northern and southern California.
Dr. Mosier is at the top of the list! He is also a very kind, considerate human being; the perfect choice as a doctor and as a friend.
