Recent Reviews
on 8/24/11, we tried to get the medical records for our child that has Down Syndrome and can't see out of one eye. We need the records so that our new doctor has a baseline to make her new glasses. They would not give us the records. We told them that our child couldn't see but they didn't care at all! they said it would take 30 days to get the records! There was no compassion or sense of urgency. So much for the hippocratic oath!
