They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They had one of the best magazine selections in their waiting room that I've ever seen at any doctor's office, current too!. There were many new and interesting magazines to look through. They were able to get me in for my appointment promptly.

Staff and Dr. Griffith paid attention to my history of kidney problems. The doctor figured out what was wrong when 3 other urologists didn't take the time to hear about my problem, and certainly didn't offer help to fix it. Dr. Griffith knew what to do; a skilled surgeon. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
