They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Their office was so clean and neat, it was obvious that they spent a lot of effort to make a welcoming, professional atmosphere for their patients. I always have to wait a very long time before they return my phone calls. They usually take at least a week. A couple of my friends have told me about doctors that take personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they don't do that here, and always give me their full attention. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They were by far one of the worst rheumatologists I've ever seen. It seemed like they had just started practicing yesterday. The doctor didn't explain my diagnosis, wasn't thorough, didn't give me any advice other than take my medicine. I didn't get a blood panel, any description of my blood work, and he diagnosed me with UCTD when my blood work points to lupus. I have changed rheumatologists, and the one I am currently seeing is extremely thorough. He is testing me for everything.... 32 tests are being performed, and one xray. If you want a thorough explanation and diagnosis i wouldn't recommend this doctor.

Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh.
