I bring my Mother to see Dr. Presley once a month and EVERYTIME we come we wait at least 3 hours just to get back into a room, not to mention the waiting room is completely full and people are standing up in the hallway and down into the stairwell by the elevators. If this were anywhere else they would shut him down due to fire hazard. Once you finally get in you wait for another hour for him to come in any tell you he wants to see you again next month . There is no reason why he needs to see all of these people every month except to milk their insurance . I will do everything in my power to get her to go see someone else by next month. THIS IS RADICULOUS! They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel at home here. Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I spent so much time in the waiting room. I spent way more time in the waiting room than I actually did with the doctor.

This doctor is an arrogant @ss! He doesn't take the time to LISTEN to you! He think RA is very black/white and it is not. Anyone who has RA can tell you it is very complicated. He thinks he knows your pain and he wants to tell you how you are feeling or are supposed to be feeling and if you don't agree he acts like a little girl that doesn't get his way. This Dr. is very judgemental! My visit goes like this: I wait 2-3 hrs to see him I finally get a room, he comes in wants to shake my hand and each time I tell him I can't since I have RA in my right hand and he seems to get pissy at that! EACH TIME!!!!!! DUMB @SS! Gives me some stupid machine to squeeze to see the strength of my hands......and each time the same results one time he had the nerve to say " why didn't you tell me your right hand was hurting" umm.....really that was one of the first places I told him I had arthritis!! WOW I have never met an incompetent RA doctor in my life!!! oh then he asks the same 5 questions which require an explaination, but he doesn't want to hear it he wants you to answer them in one word answers! WHAT!!!! Each time I change them just a little bit just to see if he even notices and of course he doesn't!!! To me he doesn't care. He doesn't even ask if the medication that he prescribed last month worked!!! I hate this doctor and by the way he is GAY! He is not fooling anyone even people in the waiting room joke about it!! It's fine that he is gay, but he tries to mention his wife and kids! He is a fraud as a RA doctor and a person. The funny thing is he seems very judemental/ a bit prejudice when he needs to look in the mirror! He wouldn't even make it in a teaching hospital. BAD RA DOCTOR! I have never in my life hated a doctor like I do this one! This is the first time I have gone out of my way to write a review about a doctor! I have seen a lot of RA doctors I know a good one from a bad one and believe me he is as bad as they come. HERE IS SOME ADVICE MR. THOMAS YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS, YOU CAN NOT TELL THEM HOW THEY SHOULD FEEL, YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, YOU DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING AND I WILL REPEAT MYSELF LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT THE ONE WITHT HE DISEASE, YOU COULD NEVER IMAGINE THE PAIN/HELPLESSNESS ONE FEELS WHEN THEY HAVE RA YOU ARE HERE TO HELP US NOT JUDGE US, BUT HELP US. UNTIL YOU WAKE UP ONE DAY WITH SEVERE RA THEN JUST MAYBE YOU COULD UNDERSTAND. NO ONE ASKS TO HAVE RA IT RUINS LIVES!!! REMEMBER WE PAY YOUR PAYCHECK EVEN WHEN WE ARE ON MEDICARE WITH OUT US YOU WOULDN'T HAVE YOUR OWN PRACTICE........REMEMBER THAT NEXT TIME WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING YOU CAR OVER PRICED CAR. WE ARE PAYING YOUR WAY THROUGH LIFE THE VERY LEAST YOU COULD DO IS TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO US AND REALIZE YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS DISEASE THEREFORE THERE IS NO WAY IN HECK CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT MY PAIN LEVEL IS.
