My questions were answered, but the doctor was obviously in a hurry. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me--maybe his nurse was having a bad day that day. I was satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. However, since visiting Dr. Murphy, who recommended surgery, I've seen another doctor, who thinks that surgery will not help me at all. Don't do what I did--get a second opinion before you divert a bunch of money into a flexible spending account.
