I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. My biggest issue was the Doctor's nurse Mykaila who is very bad about returning phone calls promptly.
