One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
