I've already told my friends about the level of care I have experienced there. Based on those experiences, as well as those w/ a Pediatric Podiatrist for my daughter, I am beginning to think Podiatrists may be some of the best physicians ever. Dr. Derickson's staff is both friendly and professional. I appreciate that they express concern for my health even once I leave the office. They have followed up with me after appointments and even sent emails and a card wishing me a speedy recovery following surgery. They make sure that their qualifications are obvious reenforcing the feeling that I am under the care of professionals. When phoning, I am never placed on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I miss their calls, they will continue to attempt contacting me by every means possible to ensure their message is delivered. Wow, what an experience!
