The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. Dr Glazer didn't seem to really listen to all of my symptoms and so I believe I was misdiagnosed and may have had either unnecessary or incorrect surgery. Overall I left unimpressed.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. My husband's foot is deformed and he cannot walk on his left foot after a painful surgery, that Dr. Glazer guaranteed his foot would be perfect.
