They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They also told me I needed a custom insole that would cost $300. after wearing the insole for about a month my feet hurt worse, and when I got the bill the charged me 400. (for something I couldn't use) VERY DISAPOINTED
