Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
