Very friendly and caring.
Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
