This physician charged me $600.00 for shoe inserts. When I picked them up, they were not what I asked for. The Dr. repeatedly tried to get out of ordering the correct items. When I asked him for a written statement of the items he will have made for me, he said "we're done". This happened twice. He repeatedly refused to give me a written statement of the items I ordered. He repeatedly stated that he is ordering the wrong items. When I corrected him, he accused me of being a bad communicator. this problem has not been resolved.
