They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The doctor really listens and I felt confident about my treatment. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. When I called they answered right away. The doctor has convenient office hours.
