I've already been telling all my friends and family members how fantastic this place is. I would never recommend anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I expected to be in some pain during my appointment, but I was completely comfortable they entire time. They were so careful and made sure I didn't aggravate my injury at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
