They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I'd recommend them to people I know. They did a very good job. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
