We have seen Dr. Ramkumar and her staff many times over the past 10 years and have always been satisfied. Dr. Ramkumar is very, VERY thorough. Even when the radiologist found nothing wrong when my son fell and hurt his elbow, her office wasn't satisfied and referred us to an orthopedic surgeon who found a hairline fracture where the elbow rotates. Had they not found that, his mobility in that joint would have been compromised. Yes, they are in a lower income neighborhood and the wait is sometimes longer than I would like, but it is due to the poor recordkeeping of the families who treat her office like a free clinic, not the staff. I very much appreciate the designated areas for wellness check-ups and ill children. We’ve always been treated well.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places.
parents beware she makes u feel like a horrible parent that its all ur fault even a common cold.
