I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
