This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. The office and support staff are not at all in tune with children and my child is definitely not a fan, particularly of the lab staff. The office was easy enough to find. They left me completely alone for a long time and my time was obviously not at all important to them. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their "prefered" clients. If they didn't like me, or my lab appointment time was inconvenient for them, they ignored me and left sitting in the lobby for over thirty (30) minutes.
