I practice in my hometown. My family has lived here for 5 generations. I have a very high tech office with e-prescribing and an electronic medical record system that I have been using for 7 years. I have state of the art equipment to diagnose and treat ear, nose or throat problems. We dispense hearing aids with the help of an experienced clinical audiologist and an oto-tech. The office is modern and in a new medical building across from Redlands Community Hospital.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
