Staff was fine. Waited over an hour past my scheduled appt. Dr Prater was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Did not listen to what I said - but did stick an instrument up my nose only to say looking up my nose won't answer my question. but did charge me over $200 to tell me nothing. Staff misinformed me about what my charges would be. Said the office visit would be covered by my co-pay. Didn't happen that way. Beware of charges. Dr. is arrogant and does not listen - at all.
