The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Son had tubes installed, perfect. Follow up visit was even better. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my son's condition. Not just that, but Dr. Redtfeldt gave me herbal remedies to help later down the line. Dr. Raquel Redtfeldt was honest and compassionate. Before we knew it , he was feeling better. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. Play place to keep my son entertained! Awesome. Making an appointment for my sons throat today. I hope nothing has changed since four years ago!
