I wasn't too fond of the chairs they had in their waiting area. They weren't too comfortable. I was very displeased when I realized how quickly they were already recommending surgery. No other options were even presented to me and they were quite pushy. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
