How does a patient accurately rate a physician? After all you can’t take the same patient with the same ailment to a multitude of doctors and compare the outcomes. Mostly it boils down to was the patient cured and what was his/her experience like.
My daughter had multiple problems with blockage causing extreme pressure to build up within her ear. Dr. Moneyhun did all that could be done to treat the problem, short of surgery. The problem reoccurred over time in slightly different ways, but ultimately required surgery. The surgery completely cured the problem.
Our experience under Dr. Moneyhun’s care was excellent. She is very competent and treated all of my family with kindness, took time to answer all of our questions and even returned an emergency call at 3am on a weekend night, with instructions a Rx and a follow up call later that morning.
A patient’s experience starts at the door. I would also like to mention that the people who staff her office are very pleasant and helpful, a quality which is becoming increasingly rare. I believe it shows how she chooses and treats her staff and the importance she places on her office functioning as a harmonious team.
I am very comfortable recommending Dr. Moneyhun.
