I received my report which was created from notes from our initial visit... Found two very major inconsistencies, 1st that the cancer was located in the breast that had none! 2nd, that I was a 55 year old woman, yet it said I had a colposcopy at age 59!! This was quite disturbing since the info was incorrect. It was clear that the office is used to various insurance billing.They made sure they took down all the information correctly and talked to me about what it was going to cost. I'm really impressed. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, They try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were friendly and made me feel like a part of the family. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
