Does IME's for the WA St.. She is part of the panel. Good Luck. Disregarded a nerve conduction test that stated I still had cubital and carpal tunnel after the surgeries. My elbow is swollen but she only measured the forearm and bicep. Never measured the elow. She & the other panel member James Kopp never measured the wrist flexation f/the carpal tunnel. Dr Wray stated the L arm was 100% & gave no compensation for it. Funny how L&I had figured in almost a year in advance what they wanted to pay for the rotator cup surgery and the L arm It was 10% for the R shoulder and 3% for the L arm for a total 13%. Dr Wray gave nothing for the left arm because to give anything would have to mean ackowledging Dr Chau's findings that patient had cubital and carpal tunnel syndrom. So now Dr Kopp thats that 3% & moves it over to the R shoulder for a total of 13%. Dr Kopp notes in his report loss of muscle mass L elbow. Dr Wray notes nothing. We are screwed before we walk through the door.

Dr. Wray does an outstanding job making sure every single question I have is answered thoroughly and completely and to discuss treatment option with me. She dresses professionally and she is always extremely friendly making her patients feel at ease. She makes me feel respected, and is very sympathetic to my situation. Because of her caring attitude I continue to see her even though I've moved out of the immediate area of her office. I've not seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. .
