Dr. High does not listen. You ask for a 90 day Rx and he gives you a 30 day with refills. (happened twice) Doesn't really give you a chance to ask questions. In and out. Doesn't show concern or empathy to my family member with dementia. Didn't explain much either.

I am very disappointed in a doctor that I thought I had a good relationship with. I have several problems that I require prescriptions for and 2 weeks ago I saw him and he refilled all my scripts but one and told me it was too soon for the other, which was fine. Just have the pharmacist call in the script when ready. Did that and was told Dr. wouldn't fill it any more. I said I thought there was a mistake and please check. No response, called again Dr is on Vacation, I'll check and call you. No call. Waited 2 weeks til Dr. got back Called again was told the same thing and I responded that I thought there was a mistake and was told I will talk to Doc. and call you. No call, called again told the same thing, no call. Now I know Doctors are busy but so am I. I am not some drug crazed loon but a man that is trying to work under very difficult circumstances. If the doctor had decided he didn't want me to have the script then he should have told me face to face and not let his snotty little receptionist do his dirty work for him.I have already had a stroke at 34 and this circumstance isn't helping much. DR HIGH TALK TO YOUR STAFF AND GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
