Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The office was easy enough to find. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. However the last appointment I had, the waiting room was full and people were standing in line to check in they were staffed but obviously overbooked for space which is what contributed to the noise. Staff was trying but just too many people or not enough space. When I saw this I thought I would be there a while however I did not have a long wait time and the staff sent me and others to a different area to help expedite the sign in process they were definitely trying what they could.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
