I've written my own review here because the sentence-combination doesn't really match the statement I need to make.

He is the worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In particular, he is cruel, manipulative and extremely unpredictable. He is given to tantrums (yes, like a spoiled child). He makes absolutely NO effort to work with you on your individual efforts to improve. Instead, he has all his patients put on same or similar regimens. He hawks his own services, like acupuncture, which he performs himself (how weird is that). He under-prescribes for pain until you are desperate enough to try anything. Then he offers you really dangerous drugs. You have to research any medication he suggests, to make sure it won't kill you or damage your body. He seems to take almost sadistic pleasure in dangling you there, under-prescribed for your pain. Every time you walk out after an appointment, you feel a little jangled. Between his snide remarks and his attempts to make you feel guilty for being a pain patient, you feel like you need to go home and take at least three showers to wash off the indignity.
