Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
