The staff is so rude. I sat for 20 min before the opened the window to check the sign in sheet then accused me of lying about my sign in time. She told me they only take people on time I explained to her I was & she was so nasty I couldn’t believe it. As I sat there waiting another 30 min I witnessed her tell an elderly lady who tapped on the window “don’t you see my sign saying don’t knock” After I waited she called me up to the window & told me I had to reschedule because I was late I had already told her I I live a hour away. She tried to reschedule me & I told her no I won’t be back. I should have looked at all the reviews about how unprofessional they are & saved myself the stress. Not to mention the sign that says if you have Medicaid it’s a $2 co pay is that even legal?
