It was extremely difficult to understand Dr Ziad Rifai's English. Our appt lasted less then 10 minutes and the patient felt she did not benefit from the appt. And that the Dr paid no attention to her.

Thoughtful, caring, very thorough, courteous, and extremely professional. Dr. Rifai takes whatever time is necessary to get a complete and accurate history, diagnosis, and treatment course. I am very pleased with the results I got from Dr. Refai's recommended course of treatment.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
