It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was greeted but the staff and doctor IGNORED what brought me there even though it was clearly written on my health questionnaire. She was in my room less than 5 minutes and I waited an hour although I had an appointment. I'm looking for another doctor as we speak. Someone genuinely concerned with my health and not just trying to milk my insurance for unneccesary follow-up appointments when they can do what I asked in the first place.
