I like Dr. Lily Lee. She is very nice, easy to work with and informative. She's great and she deserves a 5 star.

However her staff are not very professional, the way they handle calls by placing you on hold for long period of time without getting back to you or even offer a call back if they are very busy. Angelina from Manhattan Beach office she puts me on hold few times and never heard back from her. I had to hang up and call back. It is so lame and unprofessional.

I've been waiting for my MRI approval for almost 2 weeks now, I have to call them to follow up, and I've been told few times now that Susan (the nurse) is working on it and up to now I haven't got a call from her. I was told that they are short staff and she has nobody to help her, blah....blah...blah... So that's the reason why she's falling behind.
I was with Dr. Lily Lee on Aug 25 and she told me that it only takes a couple days for my MRI approval. I assume that by Monday or Tuesday last week I would have the answer from them.

Will see how this roller coaster goes, otherwise they will lose one patient because of this hassle.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate.
