Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I typically wait for 4-5 hours because doctor shows up 2-3 hours after my appointment is scheduled for. I don't have any chance to ask questions because he blows in and blows out so fast because he is running late.

I haven't even been yet my appointment is in a few days but the receptionist that scheduled my appointment was the rudest women I have ever spoken to she argued with me for 10 min. about my insurance until a women in the background told her she was wrong! She was not professional what so ever!!!!!
