Dr. Pena is excessively coarse yet ends ever visit with an "everything is ok, mama" as if that would make up for his rudeness. He discourages any research mothers do upon their pregnancy because he rushes through the visits and does not like answering questions. He also uses scare tactics as "you're risking a still birth" even when the pregnancy is going fantastically healthy. He will make you feel foolish if you ask questions that he thinks are stupid. He is not delicate or careful with scared and worried moms. He pushes induction and does not like to wait for labor to unravel naturally. He will walk into the delivery room gloves on and ready to slice you up. But hey! If you need rushed appointments and an emergency C-section, he's your guy. This doctor needs some classes on positive and effective interpersonal communication.

Pena had my blood type wrong my entire first pregnancy and half of my second even though I insisted he was wrong he kept telling me I was a positive blood type. after insisting on a sonogram I found my child would suffer from a rare disease called schizencephaly there is no understanding of why this happened but I blame lack of care and listening to my concerns. He also told me soon after I returned to the office in tears That if it were his wife he would say abort. ! I changed drs immediatly. His lack of care and thought to get rid of the problem makes me want to spit in his face. I wish I could tell every woman how he made my last 4 months hell from worrying as he said my child would be morbid and grotesque. Noah is now 11 I changed drs at 5 months to dr jack wilson in matland florida and he was wonderful. I have never got an apology for pena's mistake and feel strongly he caused damage to my child. DO NOT SEE THIS DR> I pray for this guy to be put out of business . Noah has controlled seizures. is blind and has the inability to walk or talk at 11 he will never be a dr or a runner or an independant child. thanks dr pena for not caring about children contact me for info 4076174111

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
