We are an unusual practice because we all started in other groups and left in search of a happy work environment. Medicine is rewarding but stressful; having a team you can rely on makes life much happier. As a result our practice is a coalition of doctors who are mature in their practice, respectful of each other and team players. These relationships have created a very special culture in the practice that patients notice. We’re not all business, we consider ourselves a family.

I saw Dr. Weatherford before a few years ago without any issues. I called to make an appointment and left work early, which is 1 hour away, to come to my appointment. Well, the receptionist said she didn't see me in the system for an appointment. I told them I called and even showed the time stamp in my phone my call to the office to confirm my appointment.

When I told them I drove an hour away, the receptionist told me Dr. Weatherford could see me, but only for 10 minutes.

But they didn't hesitate to ask for my insurance information, which I refused to give until AFTER care.

Well, not only did I not get to see Dr. Weatherford, the receptionist lied on me and said I was 20 minutes late!

Dr. Weatherford just lost me as a patient.
