I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. One thing that's been so annoying about Dr Greene's office is that they end up postponing my appointments while I'm sitting there. I also sit there for long periods of time with no explaination given, OUR TIME ALSO IS MONEY! Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other, non- existant bedside manner I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow.
