I feel like my appointment was pointless and I left really doubting them as a provider. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I regret ever going to this nasty office and waisting my time there. i was a new patient, the girl receptionist had an attitude and was frantic while giving me papers to fill out.she overly rude. i was waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. I was gettting mad, the front frantic that seemed like shes on some sorts of drug didnt care a bit for my emotions and just said to wait. then she said do i want to pay while waiting, ARE YOU KIDDING ME. i asked for water she gives me cup with water that was dirty. i told her to tell me her name (lilit or lily) i couldnt understand, then i requested to see the manager or doctor she said their busy. i was so mad and i had an appointment next door for acupuncture so i had to leave. i compainted about my situation to my acupuncture kevin. he told me he will talk to the manager to resolve the situation. i dont know if he had a chance too. BUT WHO EVER READS THIS DONT GO THERE, the office is a mess and the staff is horible. they dont care about you all they care is money.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that the receptionist took a personal calls right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I DIDNT HAVE A CHANCE TO MEET THE DOCTOR, but after seeing how the staff operates i just left.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make the patient feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Dr Bass is the best!
