I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I definitely felt safe under their care. I could tell that they took pride in working there. It was very well organized and I well taken care of. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment, but the time is well worth it because one you become a patient here with Dr. Capelli - you're not just a patient anymore, you're a part of their extended healthcare family. The long wait is well worth it! They also have PAs and NPs who are just as competent and caring as the physician. I have referred many family members to him/midlevels.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. . I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. . They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. A J Capelli is the most caring Dr. I have been too, he truly cares, listens and is willing to help with anything. I just love how much he cares about his patients.
