I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I definitely felt safe under their care. I could tell that they took pride in working there. It was very well organized and I well taken care of. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment, but the time is well worth it because one you become a patient here with Dr. Capelli - you're not just a patient anymore, you're a part of their extended healthcare family. The long wait is well worth it! They also have PAs and NPs who are just as competent and caring as the physician. I have referred many family members to him/midlevels.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
