Their staff is very unpleasant on the phone but once you get there, it's almost like they're not the same people. On the phone they're rude, in person they're nice. It's kind of strange.

My biggest issue is the fact that this doctor's office takes a 2.5-3 hour lunch break!! That's absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient! They have an answering service that is very short, curt and unhelpful. This is a doctor's office, people are depending on you to be there! An hour lunch seems sufficient, but 2.5-3 hours? Really? Sometimes they're not even back on time either. This is absurd and I don't know how they've been able to do it.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
