45 minute wait. I was required to fill out a long questionnaire on a device that does not allow patient to enter in specific diagnosis received previously. The doctor is rude and condescending. He doesn't listen. He doesn't provide any helpful advice. He has horrible interpersonal skills. A complete waste of time.
